Great service and communication. All service items were communicated but there was also open conversation on what was the most important without any sales push to do anything not that important or urgent. I would highly recommend.

BMW's can be expensive to maintain and dealers can be inconsistent. BPR is both reasonable in cost, excellent in workmanship, and easy to work with. Highly recommended.
