You can't go wrong taking your car to BPG. From start to finish the experience is a mixture of competence and friendliness, largely due to the tone set by the owner Dave Richardson. After a complete diagnosis done by specialized BMW technicians with the use of high-tech equipment, all the problems are pin-pointed and an itemized report generated. Then Dave painstakingly explains the report so you understand exactly what the problem is and what work needs to be done to remedy it; at times he even uses computer-generated photos so you can actually see the problem. Usually when leaving a dealership, I have a feeling of being 'had.' When I left BPG I felt only gratitude and assurance that finally I'd found a top notch place with people I could trust.
