my vehicle was towed into the shop on sunday night. without any advanced notice dave & team were able to fit me in and resolve my (alternator) problem quickly & completely. great job as always!

Have had our car serviced here before and will continue to do so. It's so easy to schedule appointments online, and we get emails confirming our time. Service is efficient, friendly and very reasonable, and they know what they're doing. I'd recommend them to everyone.

Decent dealer alternative but not any cheaper. These guys are great in every way and go out of their way to help you. Customer service is great and all. I just wish they were a bit more reasonably priced since my experience shows they charge the same as the dealer without providing any additional benefits as a loaner car, etc. I still use them because I prefer dealing with small local businesses, it's hard to commend them to friends who are looking for a cheaper alternative to BMW dealers.

Service was performed in a timely fashion and I had the car back by noon that day.
