These guys are great. Dave is kick a**! The level of customer service is excellent and compared to a dealership pricing, you are getting the same quality of work for literally half the price. Will definitely use them for all my service needs.

These guys have been working on my car for a few years now and I fully trust them. They are willing to listen to my requests (I'm pretty particular about my car) and ensure all repairs are done exceedingly well. I take my car to the track, so it must be in tip top shape. These guys ensure it is. They know BMWs and are actually willing to explain to you the reasons for any issues your car is suffering from, and the proposed solution. And they actually answer e-mails. How about that.

I've been a customer at BPG for a few years now and find their service far better than my old dealership. You get guaranteed work for half the price. Great Job BGP.

Dave and the team at Bavarian Performance group are the best. I made an appointment for an oil change, they were courteous and helpful to answer questions about the condition of the car underside once it was on the lift, including providing help dealing with a rusted exhaust bracket. I would recommend them to anyone with a BMW - they are knowledgable and have the tols to get the car repaired properly.

When I finally acquired a BMW my mechanic told me he lacked the experience to work on it. I located Bavarian Performance Group near my work and have been very happy with my experience since. They have performed major work (head gasket/head rebuild) and normal maintenance flawlessly. They keep in constant communication, stick to the estimate, and have continuously exceeded my expectations. They certainly have a high level of experience and only use the best approved parts.

I heard great reviews about this shop on various forums and the internet, so I figured I would give them a shot as opposed to the dealers prices. Dave, the service manager, is a great guy that will steer you in the correct path. The found that my drive belt had come loose during the oil change inspection and that saved me thousands of dollars in future repairs! The entire staff is great and they will definitely be my "go-to-shop" in the future!
