Winchester Auto Service

Took car in for an oil and brake fluid change. While waiting, I learned that the idler pulley failed and belts were bad as a result. Knowing this needed to be done potentialy saved the engine from over heating and a head gasket job. Obviously I had the work done immediatly. Andy and the guys are great!!

My third visit here for service. Once again work was done as promised and at the quoted price. Always upfront with needed repairs but without any pressure. Excellent to deal with.

Glad to see that Bavarian is in Winchester. The work done to my BMW was well explained and completed as agreed, No hidden costs. I will definitely be back to keep my car in top shape and feel comfortable knowing I am getting the best workmanship and price. Thanks Dave for all your assistance too

The most positive thing I can say about the team is they are courteous and take time to "listen" to your explanation of your car issue. They will then do a diagnostic on the car and will provide you with the solution as well as options like you can wait for a month but this will eventually need to be fixed. You never feel like they are trying to sell you a service that isn't necessary. I live outside of Winchester have made a conscience decision to have my BMW serviced at the Bavarian Performance Group.

I really appreciate thorough explanations and thoughtful advice direct from people who have actual experience. In 4 years of warrantee dealer service I never even MET an actual mechanic. At Bavarian there is never a problem talking directly to Andy or John and looking over the problem in detail, in the shop and under the car if appropriate.

Took me right away, diagnosed the problem, replaced the alternator and got me the car back in one day. Thanks.

These guys know what they're doing, and they do it at a cost significantly lower than dealer's service. I'd have no hesitation to bring your car here.
