Andy and team have serviced both my 2003 540i E39 and my 2018 M550 G30. I have been a BMW enthusiasts for over 30 years and I have never been more pleased with the care, service and knowledge delivered by BPG. I trust them with my cars more than I trust the dealer. The level of care and customer service is refreshing. I consider myself an OCD type of owner and BPG has had an incredible amount of patience with me. They shoot straight and never try to over sell. It's just a refreshing experience to know you have a true partner working on your BMW's. They have done all of the recent maintenance on my E39 which included a complete cooling system overhaul and power steering pump. They have also performed numerous Dinan upgrades on the M550 as well as retrofits. All work is performed to perfection. They are extremely professional.

Their service manager, David makes everything go so smoothly and efficiently. I appreciate the time they take to send texts or emails showing my car inside their facility and letting me know what they have found and gave me the opportunity to know and understand what work is required and the cost and wait for my approval before going ahead. There are no surprise and their work is excellent.
