From my first call to my ready for pick-up date David was very professional and his team delivered more than I asked for by finding two additional issues my current mechanic didn’t find after spending $$$ with him recently. David provided a quote and timelines for installing the Bimmertech solution, fixing the found issues that have to do with safety and fixing one of the items my previous mechanic actually caused. David is the most professional non OEM dealer I have ever experienced, Professional, On time, On Budget, Integrity, Honesty is hard to come by in the mechanics world. Bavarian will be servicing my BMW till I decide to get a new car.

Very thorough work and most organized service department I have seen. Pictures to go along with their recommendations and upfront/honest. Wish I would have used them from the beginning for my BMW.
