I came into the shop to get a backup camera retrofit onto my BMW 3 series. Dave and Andy have been so professional and personable during this whole process. Dave responded to my email inquires within a timely fashion, and Andy has been awesome about making sure I was satisfied even after I left the shop. When I reported an issue with the backup camera, he didn't just shrug me off. Within 24hrs, he reached out to Bimmertech and found the solution to my problem and ensured that I was satisfied. They do good work, and they make sure you are happy even after you leave their shop.

Came in for a backup camera retrofit on my BMW 320i. They were professional and super helpful. I reported a small issue with my backup camera, and within 24hrs, Andy (owner) got back to me with a solution. They do good work and they make sure you are satisfied even AFTER you leave their shop... you can't say that about everybody.
