I came into the shop to get a backup camera retrofit onto my BMW 3 series. Dave and Andy have been so professional and personable during this whole process. Dave responded to my email inquires within a timely fashion, and Andy has been awesome about making sure I was satisfied even after I left the shop. When I reported an issue with the backup camera, he didn't just shrug me off. Within 24hrs, he reached out to Bimmertech and found the solution to my problem and ensured that I was satisfied. They do good work, and they make sure you are happy even after you leave their shop.

Came in for a backup camera retrofit on my BMW 320i. They were professional and super helpful. They do good work and they make sure you are satisfied even AFTER you leave their shop... you can't say that about everybody.
