First time customer having my X5 serviced at Bavarian Performance Group recently and I highly recommend bringing your vehicle for a service! Dave was great & upfront with repairs, timing, & cost.

First time using them. Good work, comparable pricing. Most importantly though they don’t try to upsell. Had front brakes done and they said rears were fine. Dealers and others will push to replace both.

The inquiry to update performance on the car was helpful. The OEM product tune company they represent asked them to follow up with me. The shop manager described what was practical and what was not for my specific car. He found time to sit with us and answer all my questions. This transparency I appreciated as one can be skeptical about the knowledge of some mechanics. Here the shop specializes in BMW and they have parts on the shelf as a dealership would that helps to expedite the service process for less than a dealer cost. The impressive addition was they gave the car a full safety and function test including preventive maintenance options well written down in an email shortly after drop off. This enabled us to determine the priorities of what might need fixing sooner vs later and same day. The car was ready in the time promised and maybe the only thing missing was an option to vacuum inside or clean as a dealer does. All in all it was a superior experience to traditional garages and perfect for cars out of warranty service. I would recommend them to other BMW owners.
