I am from out of town (Connecticut) and my BMW 328xi had a problem on a Saturday night. BPG was very accommodating to my situation and took me in first thing Monday morning! They had the issue repaired by end of day Monday! Great service, friendly, knowledgeable, and all around great shop! Highly recommended

This was my first time using BPG and their services. From start to finish, the team was excellent to work with. When I inquired about a clutch replacement, Andy was very knowledgeable about the parts required and estimated costs. Communication before my appointment was great and my BMW now drives much more smoothly. I will definitely be back for more service and possibly some performance upgrades!
