For BMW service, Andy, Dave and the crew at Bavarian Performance Group provide outstanding customer service, backed by strong technical skills, efficient, timely service and real value. I've used BPG now for many years, for both gas and diesel family cars. They've done all my routine work as well as more involved maintenance such as brakes, emissions, electrical and the like. BPG is always completely reliable, flexible and are just good folks to work with. They use only OEM parts and only the highest quality oils provided by Liqui-Moly. For technical capability, honesty and great customer service and advice, I highly recommend BPG.

Continue to be impressed with Dave and crew, recently had the car in for repair and quite honestly find their approach refreshing to the take a "number" at the dealership. I can't say enough how great it was working with Dave as he found one of the last winter tire and wheel sets for my X3 M40i. The next day the swap-out was complete and now my summer wheels are in their storage site. You can tell right away that everyone there takes such great care of all the cars they service. The service here was excellent! My advisor communicated well, both through text and email, and also spent time on the phone answering any questions I had. The work was preformed promptly, at a cost that was only a fraction of the estimate I had received from the dealership! They also caught some serious issues that the dealer had missed. If these had been left unfixed, the car would have had costly and inconvenient problems in the very near future. I am so glad I found this place. My car, which I had considered selling after the estimate from the dealership, is now in excellent condition and I look forward to driving it for many more years. With confidence in their expertise and enthusiasm, I will take my car here for all of my future maintenance or repair.
