Excellent as always. Everything done as I wished. Andy found a subtle failure of the power steering bracket that could have been a show stopper on the road had the pump come loose.

The service is very efficient and the service team does a fantastic job communicating what they have found with the vehicle and how it should be handled. There is no pressure just observations and facts. Plus they are quite personable and outgoing!

Returned to BPG for installation of an upgraded air intake, Dinan exhaust, and springs on my 2012 BMW 535i xDrive. As usual, the work was meticulously done on time and on budget as promised. Moreover, I am always impressed by how thoughtful Andy and crew are about the work that they do, always reviewing and providing recommendations on how to keep the car running well (which would paradoxically keep me away from the shop!). I always learn something from BPG. Having had work done at other BMW specialist shops in MA, I can truly say the customer service at BPG far exceeds that of anywhere else and they will keep my business - even though other options are much closer to my home.

As always excellent experience! Don't waste time & money at the dealership.
