Winchester Auto Service

I brought my car in for service for low AC output and turned out the compressor was bad and in order to even get to it, there were some extensive needed repairs. Investigating a squeaky wheel resulted in a discovery of a bent front tire and other necessities that were unplanned. Furthermore, there was a minor hiccup during the service repairs that required secondary work, but I'd have to commend Bavarian and Dave in the service dept to take note of the concerns throughout the process, address and go beyond to make things right. In the end, I'm glad I took my car to Bavarian and know I have a trusted advisor to do what's right in keeping my car performing to optimal standards. Thanks guys!

Wonderful experience highly recommend. I was able to make an appointment for a second opinion on service work. Dave the service manager quickly booked me for he next day and was able to get all the parts ready. Up to the minute updates along with a fast turnaround time was certainly impressive. I did not need all the work that was suggested by the other mechanic so I even saved some money. Dave also helped me find a part on the Internet for a fraction of the cost since they do not carry body work items. Great all around experience.
