In general, I am very pleased with the service. Bavarian has excellent diagnostic skills which many repairs shops do not have and have the ability to make quality repairs. The hours of operations are geared for the staff, not the customers. I normally start early and work late. While I do not expect Bavarian to match my hours, it would be nice not to leave work early to pick up my car.

Outstanding knowledge, service, and execution. And, all at a price that defies the "stealership" model. Thank you BPG!

I don't usually get work done at a shop but lack of time and the complexity of the work I needed done it made sense to have someone do the work for me. From recieving the more than reasonable quote to getting the work completed was fast. I did have a small problem with the car after picking it up and the way Dave handled it was above and beyond expectations. I will use them for future work. Based on my first experience I recommend these guys if your bimmer needs some love.
