You are actually quite far away from me, but I need a shop I can trust, and you came so highly recommended by George Ghareeb that I figured I'd give you a shot. I'm glad I did. I was really impressed with... well, everything. Dave made the whole process easy. You diagnosed the problem correctly (crankshaft position sensor), which the dealership misdiagnosed (valve cover) - saving me money I can't really afford to lose this month. You fixed the problem, and the car works great. You found a leaky gasket, and fixed that - preventing future problems. As I write this I realize that because of Bavarian, I have my old car back. Had I gone with the dealership, I'd have a nice new valve cover, but I'd be thousands of dollars poorer, and my car wouldn't be fixed. I'm on a very tight budget, so depending on how much else they misdiagnosed, I'd be screwed. You're really too far from Westwood - ridiculously too far, but I will be back. Andy's description of his walnut blasting process has already convinced me why I will be using Bavarian for that. Probably next month. By the way, I REALLY appreciate Andy taking time to come out and speak with me about my car, about what was wrong, and what I might be looking at in repairs coming up, as well as your company's business perspective.
